Can I place a custom order?

Absolutely! I would love to work with you to create a one-of-a-kind piece and will do my best to accommodate any special requests. Depending on the intricacy of the item, special orders can take additional time to create than the standard 10 - 14 days. Please understand that during peak holiday seasons, availability will be on a limited basis.
Q: Modify Size
My daughter is a slim 4T and her waist is smaller than what's on the size chart. Can you make adjustments?

Most definitely! I understand that children grow at different rates and that a standard size may not fit every child. Minor adjustments to chest, waist, hips, and inseam are available at no additional charge.
Q: Payment by Phone or Fax
I don't feel safe giving my credit card over the internet. Can I place my order on hold and send you my credit card information by phone or fax?

Unfortunately, I am unable to accept credit card information by phone or fax at this time. However, the security of members' information and transactions are a top priority. Therefore, only PayPal is accepted. PayPal uses the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Q: International Shipping
I live outside the US. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes. International shipping is available via USPS First-Class Mail International and Priority Mail International. Please inquire for a quote. Shipping rate is based on the weight of your package and standard international postal rates. Insurance is also available for Priority Mail International. Buyers are responsible for all duties, customs fees, and taxes assessed by the customs and excise offices in your country.

When will I receive my order?

Unless stated otherwise in the description or arranged for a custom order, please allow approximately 10 - 14 days for your items to be processed. However, some items may be processed sooner. This does not include the time frame for shipping. In a rush? Please inquire and I will do my best to accommodate your request.
