Returns
In the event you are not pleased with an item(s), an exchange or store credit will be offered for the original amount, less shipping. Returns must be made within 7 days of original purchase date. Missing product or damaged claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt.
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
Please follow these steps to ensure a return/exchange in a timely manner:
1. In order to return an item(s), you must send an email to obtain a Return Authorization number (RA#), which is valid for 14 days (postmarked by the 14th day). This number must be clearlwritten on the outside of the package. Please note - delivery will be refused if this number is not clearly marked.
2. Items must be sent insured via a carrier that can provide you with a tracking number and proof of delivery for your protection. Remember to keep your tracking number.
3. Shipping for both the return and exchange will be at the expense of the customer. C.O.D. deliveries are not accepted.
Exchanges will be accepted based on the following terms:
* Item(s) must be unwashed/unworn.
* Original tags must be attached.

* SALE items
* eBooks
