 Forms of Payment

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover are accepted through PayPal.  You may also use your existing balance or bank account for instant transfers.  Sorry, no money orders, personal checks, or eChecks.  However, you are NOT required to have an account in order to complete your transaction.  PayPal is a safe and secure site.  If you have any questions regarding PayPal and its privacy policy, please click here to visit their website.

Order Processing

Unless stated otherwise in the description or arranged for a custom order, please allow approximately 10 - 14 days for your items to be processed.  However, some items may be processed sooner.  This does not include shipping time. 

Some items will be shipped directly from the manufacturer and may inccur additional processing time.  Therefore, you may receive separate packages if your order contains several items.  Additional shipping will not be charged. 

 

 Cancellation

If you would like to cancel or modify your order, please contact me with 24 hours of placing your order.  After 24 hours, your order cannot be cancelled since production has begun.

Please note: Cancelling an item that qualified for a promotion or special deal will void that discount or promotion.

Privacy Policy

I value your business and respect your privacy.  Any information you provide is solely used to process your order or to answer any questions you may have.  Your personal information is confidential and will be used strictly for processing orders.  It will not be sold, distributed, or displayed to anyone unless forced to do so by law.

Emails regarding special promotions, sales, and/or new products will be sent to those who have subscribed to receive announcements.  You have the option to opt-out at any time should you choose to do so. 

Sales Tax

Sales tax of 8.25% will be applied to all Texas residents.
